Workspace Sharing for Partners

As a partner, you can share your ASM workspace with schools so they can publish to your managed ASM instance.

Why Share Workspaces?

• Schools don't need their own ASM credentials
• Centralized management of ASM publishing
• Partner controls access

Sharing with a School

1. Create or select your workspace
2. Go to Workspaces > Share
3. Select school from your managed schools
4. Click Share

School receives notification and can now use your workspace.

Managing Shares

View Active Shares

1. Go to workspace settings
2. View list of organizations with access

Revoke Access

1. Find the share
2. Click Revoke
3. School loses access immediately

How Schools Use Shared Workspaces

1. School selects your workspace from dropdown
2. School creates and runs flows
3. Data publishes to your ASM

Best Practices

1. Only share with trusted schools
2. Monitor publishing activity
3. Revoke access when relationship ends
4. Use separate workspaces for different clients if needed
