Switching Workspaces

Switch between workspaces to publish to different ASM instances.

Using the Workspace Switcher

1. Click the workspace name in the header
2. Select from available workspaces:
   • Own workspaces - Created by your organization
   • Shared with you - Shared by other organizations
3. The selected workspace becomes active

Persistence

Your selection is remembered:

• Saved to browser localStorage
• Restored on page reload
• Per-browser setting

When to Switch

• Publishing to different ASM instances
• Testing vs production
• Managing multiple schools

Workspace Context

The active workspace affects:

• Which SFTP credentials are used
• Where data is published
• Available sharing options

Troubleshooting

Workspace Not Appearing

• Check if share was accepted
• Verify share hasn't been revoked
• Refresh the page

Wrong Workspace Selected

• Switch before running flow
• Check workspace name in flow settings
