Workspaces contain your SFTP credentials for Apple School Manager and control who can publish to your ASM instance.

What is a Workspace?

A workspace is a container for:

• SFTP connection settings (host, username, password)
• Upload path configuration
• Shared access permissions

Ownership

Each workspace has an owner organization. The owner:

• Configures SFTP credentials
• Controls sharing permissions
• Can revoke access

Sharing

Workspaces can be shared:

• Schools share with partners
• Partners can publish to shared workspaces
• Multiple organizations can access one workspace
