Scheduling

SDM can automatically run your flows on a schedule, keeping your Apple School Manager data up-to-date.

Schedule Options

Daily

Run the flow every day at a specified time.

• Best for: Frequently changing data
• Example: Daily at 6:00 AM before school starts

Every X Days

Run the flow at regular intervals.

• Best for: Less frequently changing data
• Example: Every 7 days (weekly)
• Range: 2-30 days

Setting Up a Schedule

1. Open your flow in Standard or Advanced mode
2. Navigate to the Schedule section
3. Enable scheduling with the toggle
4. Select frequency (Daily or Every X days)
5. Set the run time (24-hour format)
6. Select timezone (default: Europe/Warsaw)
7. Save your flow

Monitoring Scheduled Runs

Execution History

View past runs in the flow's execution history:

• Start and end times
• Status (completed, failed, cancelled)
• Logs and error messages
• Data summary

Notifications

SDM sends email notifications for:

• Successful completions (optional)
• Failed executions
• Validation errors
