Data Preview

The data preview feature lets you review all imported data before publishing to Apple School Manager.

Preview Panel

The preview panel shows your data organized in tabs:

• Classes - All classes with their courses and instructors
• Users - Students, teachers, and staff
• Enrollments - Class-student assignments
• Courses - Course definitions
• Organizations - Schools and departments

Generating a Preview

1. Configure your data source in Standard or Advanced mode
2. Click Generate Preview
3. Wait for the data to be fetched and processed
4. Review the results in the preview tabs

Understanding the Preview

Data Tables

Each tab shows a table with:

• Row count and entity summary
• Sortable columns
• Search/filter functionality
• Click on any row to view or edit details

Validation Status

The preview includes validation results:

• Errors (red) - Must be fixed before publishing
• Warnings (yellow) - Should be reviewed but won't block publishing
