Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of School Data Manager ("SDM", "the Service"), operated by Condactis sp. z o. o. ("Condactis", "we", "us"). By registering for, accessing, or using SDM you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SDM is a software-as-a-service platform that connects Student Information Systems to identity, device, and EdTech destinations — for example, publishing school rosters to Apple School Manager. SDM is provided as a middleware: we process data on behalf of the school that owns it.

2. Accounts and registration

To use the Service you must register for an account. Registration requires a valid email address and the name of your organization. Registrations are subject to manual approval: our team reviews each new organization before it is activated. We may decline registrations that appear abusive, fraudulent, or that fall outside our target audience.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@sdmanager.io if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Fees

Standard SDM pricing is €4 per school per month, billed monthly or annually. Partners managing 25 or more schools are eligible for volume discounts — contact us for details. Invoices are issued by Condactis sp. z o. o. and are subject to applicable taxes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process data without a lawful basis;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or compromise the Service;
• Interfere with other customers' use of the Service;
• Upload malware or otherwise harmful content;
• Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service without a written agreement.

5. Data ownership and processing

You retain all rights to the data you upload to or process through SDM. We process personal data only as a data processor on your behalf, under the terms of a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that forms part of these Terms for any customer processing personal data. 6. Availability and support

We target high availability but provide the Service on a best-effort basis during the current stage. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. Support is provided by email at info@sdmanager.io during business hours, Central European Time.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of a billing period for any reason. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, if your account creates a risk to the Service or other customers, or if required by law. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before permanent deletion.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Condactis's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amounts paid by you to Condactis for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered seat of Condactis sp. z o. o.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered customers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
